At Affinity Therapy, we strive to make the referral process for mental health services simple and efficient for GPs, allied health professionals, and mental health care providers.
We receive the clientβs Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) and referral through fax, email, or directly from the client. Once we receive the referral, our intake team will contact your patient within 24 hours to begin the mental health intake process. Our objective is to schedule their initial therapy or counseling appointment within 2 to 4 weeks. After the clientβs first mental health appointment, we will send you an update confirming their engagement with our services. Our streamlined intake and referral process ensures timely access to quality mental health care.
