Being human can feel overwhelming. If youβve been struggling to keep up with everyday tasks or feel like you always have to βpush throughβ, you donβt have to face it alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, perfectionism, and relationship challenges. Iβm also passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, especially those navigating burnout, self-criticism, or masking to fit in.
I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we explore how your past experiences shape your day-to-day life and build clarity, courage, and simple, practical tools to help you move through challenges in ways that feel right for you.
My approach is tailored to your unique needs - calm, compassionate, and deeply human. I aim to help you develop self-compassion, understand yourself more fully, and make meaningful changes that align with your values. Whatever youβre facing, I walk alongside you with steadiness and warmth, helping you feel seen, understood, and supported.
Everyday life can be messy and confusing, but you donβt have to navigate it alone.
Cait works on Fridays and Saturdays from our Heidelberg clinic.
