Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when youβre not quite sure how to put your experiences into words. You might just know that something isnβt working the way it used to, or that things feel harder than they should. You donβt have to navigate that alone.
I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My focus is creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to speak openly. Therapy with me is grounded in real conversations, practical strategies, and helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
I work with anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, burnout, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions. I take a strengths-based and neuro-affirming approach, supporting clients to better understand how they think, feel, and function, rather than trying to change who they are. I also have experience in psychological assessment, including cognitive, learning, and neurodevelopmental assessments. I value using assessment not just as a diagnostic tool, but as a way to provide clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of each individualβs unique profile.
My aim is to help you build insight, confidence, and practical tools so that you can move forward in a way that feels more aligned, manageable, and sustainable.
