As the founder of Affinity Therapy, I am passionate about making psychological support more accessible. Iโve seen firsthand how high costs and long waitlists can be significant barriers to therapy. That's why I am committed to providing affordable and timely therapy services for those who need it most. Additionally, I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, even without a formal diagnosis. Sometimes, simply learning new coping strategies or having a safe space to discuss lifeโs challenges is all thatโs needed for growth.

Being from a European background myself, I can also understand the difficulty that comes with discussing mental health and the stigma that comes with this. As a registered psychologist, I help individuals looking to develop effective coping mechanisms and practical strategies for everyday life. Psychological assessment is an important part of my practice, allowing for a deeper understanding of each clientโs unique needs.
